We Do Not Accept Cash Payments.
Deposits are NONE-Refundable with no exceptions. They hold your appointment time and is deducted from the total cost of your service.
All prices are starting prices. Add on Deep Conditioners are additional $30 and add on trims are an additional $25.
Clients are allowed one guest. All guests must wait outside unless they are accompanying a child, handicapped or disabled client.
Please be on time to your appointment. Please do not arrive more that 10 minutes earlier. Clients are allowed a 15 minute late arrival grace period. After 30 minutes, appointment will be rescheduled.
Unfortunately, we cannot meet outside appointment deadlines. We will do every thing possible to give you time-efficient service. An impatient attitude is not permitted, however.
A respectful attitude and communication is expected at all times
If you are unhappy with your hair care service, please do not hesitate to notify the stylist immediately as he/she is styling your hair. We will strive you satisfy you promptly.
Children are NOT allowed unless they are being serviced. One friend/family member may accompany you by waiting in the waiting area.
All retail products are FINAL sale. We do accept exchanges for unopened products, however we do not accept returns.
Online purchases through our Zoom consultations must be shipped at the time of purchase. Shipping cost is discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. You may opt for in store pick up or curbside which are free of charge. However, these are appointment based and must have a minimum of $40 per purchase
If in store pick up or curbside purchase is chosen, the client must redeem the products within 2 weeks. The pick up appointment must be maid at the time of the Zoom consultation. After 2 weeks the products are marked abandoned and are put back on the shelf for retail.
International shipping is not Free. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Salon Policies by Category
Hair Styling Time/Care
In order to optimize styling time in the Salon and respect the time of others, shed hair must be removed and hair fully detangled to avoid a detangling fee of $30 per 30 minutes. Some light de-tangling is complimentary to every service. This time should take no more than 10 to 15 minutes.
Thursday to Saturdays are the most busy days so there will be some wait time. At that time you may choose to stay or reschedule. However, refunds are not permissible under these circumstances. These situations are a natural part of the business environment.
If you have an appointment after your hair styling service, please communicate this to your stylist before your appointment day. We cannot meet outside appointment deadline unless we are styling for a special occasion.
For optimal Salon experience, proper maintenance of your hair at home is very important and a must. Recommendations are given at every appointment.
All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to schedule. In the event of a Pandemic,Lock Down, Emergency or similar, deposits are not refunded. They are held on credit for 6 months to be used for retail and online purchases.
Sugacurls Salon is not responsible for incorrect appointments booked on our website. Please ensure that you read thoroughly the service description you desire. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions regarding booking.
We do not create over booked appointments. Therefore, it is recommended that you book each service individually that you desire. A desired service mentioned in the description area is not a correct appointment and cannot be guaranteed.
A First-Time consultation is NOT required, it is optional.
Extension & Color services do require a consultation for first time clients ONLY prior to receiving this service.
A 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule is required. Any changes made within the 48 hour period will forfeit the deposit. As a courtesy we will contact you at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment by phone or email. Same day cancellations require 50% of the scheduled service to be paid. For Sugacurls Members, any cancellations or rescheduling made withing 48 hours prior to the appointment but before same day will incur $40 late reschedule fee.
We will cancel the appointment if we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours. Please remember that ultimately it is the clients responsibility to remember your appointment date. If an emergency should occur please immediately contact us at your first availability.
All services are reserved for you personally. This means that other customers cannot schedule, cancel or reschedule for you. After 2 confirmed cancellations/rescheduling Sugacurls Salon will only schedule the 3rd appointment after Full Payment is collected.
If you choose reschedule or cancel prior to 48 hours, deposits are held as a credit for 30 days to reschedule. If you choose to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, the deposit if forfeited and cannot be used for future scheduling. We only allow 1 reschedule within 48 hours.
Method of Payment
All appointments are booked with $40 to $70 deposit online. The deposits are deducted from the total cost of your service.
On your day of service, Debit/Credit Cards are the ONLY methods of payment. We do NOT accept Venmo, CashAp, Zelle, Paypal.
Day of Service
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled. If a client is 30 minutes late, it is considered a no show appointment and your appointment will be canceled.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your service and the issue could not be resolved same day, you are able to return within 1 week. A second appointment remedy is not allowed.
Additional services can typically be added same day i.e. trim, deep conditioner as time allows. Other services requiring more time, purchases etc. may not be added unless approved by the manager.
The licensed stylists are not required to remedy a complaint in detail or at length. They are required to offer quick immediate solutions to accommodate your needs. However, you will be directed to the Manager/Owner for all complaints. We have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
