All first time color clients are required to do a color consultation at least 48 hours prior to your color appointment service. This is required by our License. We use ammonia free color that is aloe and sheabutter based. However, ANY color service is a chemical process because it is changing the color of your hair. We can only perform color on healthy scalp and hair. If you receive a color service by Sugacurls Salon, we cannot be held respsonsible for any damage, scarring, breakage, shedding or injury to your scalp and hair. By gettting our color service you are confirming that you are aware of the risks assiciated with a chemical process. By checking this box you release Sugacurls Salon of all liability and you understand your risk.

All first time extension service clients must receive an Extension Consultation at least 28 hours prior to your extension service. We can only perform extension services on healthy scalp and hair. If you recieve an extension service by Sugacurls Salon, you understand the risks associated with extensions such as breakage, shedding and tension on the scalp which can cause scalp soreness. We use minimal tension when braiding or applying extensions/weaves. By checking this box you agree to release Sugacurls Salon of any liablility associated with your extension/weave service.

A silkpress is the process of blow drying the hair with heat protectans and using a flat iron on high heat up to 450 degrees to temporarily straighten the hair. No chemicals are used. We use safe and professional practices to ensure your hair and scalp are protected. By getting a silkpress from Sugacurls Salon, you acknowledge that you understand that possible alterations that can occur to the hair. These include but are not limited to: curl pattern change, shedding or dryness. By checking this box, you release Sugacurls Salon of all liability associated with our Silkpress service.

Our scalp and hair treatments are Top Notch in providing a solution to scalp and hair issues. We do not guarentee any results. However, we use scientific proven methods to help improve the condition of the hair and scalp. Any scalp treatment can cause irritation of the scalp or even shedding if your body chemisty does not agree with the ingredients. By checking the box, you understand the risks associated with out scalp and hair treatments and release Sugacurls Salon of any liability.
